Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The role involves handling incoming phone calls from clients, explaining our products, and actively engaging in sales efforts to generate potential leads. Additionally, this position requires the ability to address basic technical inquiries and coordinate service schedules with the team.

  • Answer incoming phone calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns the clients may have.
  • Actively engage in sales efforts to generate potential leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and understand clients' needs, offering suitable solutions and upselling additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Address basic technical inquiries from clients and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate service schedules with the team, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients after service delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical knowledge to address client inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
