Job Description:

As a Training Programs and Projects Management Consultant, your role is to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and projects within organizations. You will collaborate with clients to assess their training needs, design tailored programs, and manage projects to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Needs Assessment:

  • Work closely with clients to conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, identifying skill gaps and development areas within the organization.
  • Analyze business objectives, performance metrics, and employee feedback to determine training priorities and objectives.

Training Program Design and Development:

  • Design customized training programs, curricula, and learning materials to address identified needs and objectives.
  • Develop training content, presentations, and multimedia resources in collaboration with subject matter experts and instructional designers.

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate project resources, including trainers, facilitators, and training materials, to support program delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and training participants, to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders on a regular basis, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Training Delivery and Facilitation:

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars as needed, delivering content effectively and engaging participants in learning activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, technology requirements, and venue arrangements to ensure smooth delivery of training events.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop evaluation frameworks and assessment tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants, trainers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future enhancements.

Vendor Management:

  • Identify and select external training vendors, consultants, and partners to support training initiatives as needed.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure quality and value for money.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience working ATraining programs and projects management field
  • Should be Proficient in writing technical reports
  • Has experience in writing technical proposals
  • Proven experience in training program design, development, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools/software.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or training and development (e.g., CPTD) is a plus.
