Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will work alongside the Sales team to expand GOA's customer base in Egypt.

Among your missions, you will :

  • Contribute to the commercial and operational development in Egypt
  • Conducting active prospecting and cold calling to identify and qualify potential customer needs
  • Participate in client meetings, conduct negotiations with key accounts, prepare recommendations on the service/product mix and ensure effective onboarding of new customers
  • Follow your clients over time to ensure total satisfaction with our services and to build sustainable customer loyalty.
  • Identify new sales channels to reach a broader customer audience in Egypt
  • Plan and monitor promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Rigorous and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to train yourself in the fascinating profession of e-commerce
  • Enrolled in a Business master's degree
  • Fluent in English and in French 
  • Comfortable manipulating and analyzing data and IT tools
