Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers and prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and specifications.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, pricing, and technical support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents tailored to client requirements.
Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities in the LED lighting sector.
Support the external sales team with technical expertise during client meetings and site visits as needed.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or a similar engineering sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn about new products and technologies.
