Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA HR (focus on HR Controlling, Payroll Calculations, Time Attendance, Performance & Appraisals, Analysis, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).
- Converts Data and Migrates from legacy systems (on request).
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document End User Requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map end user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops the necessary modifications to satisfy those needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of HR & Payroll modules.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with end user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- SAP HR & Payroll, business analysis, technical background.
