Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge in our fashion store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and trends to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and store is clean and organized.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and perform inventory counts as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Job Requirements
- Previous retail experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Fashion knowledge: Strong understanding of fashion trends and styles.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong sales skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
