Job Description
We're looking for experienced Engineers to join our team, here's what you'll be mainly handling:
- Architecture engineer for design and building
- Collect the information and data related to new projects
- Design the projects and develop ideas and choose the best design for the client
- Discuss the project with the client and make a decision related to the design
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
- Specifying the requirements for the project
- Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage, and environmental impact
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Experience with using AutoCAD
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High teamwork ethics
