Job Description

- Team leading technical work drawings
- Review Drawings
- Coordinate with Consultants
- Setting goals and targets for each work phase
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Job Requirements
Experience:
10-15 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically as a project manager.
Previous experience with hotel projects is considered a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from a reputable institution.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Proven design skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in project management, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Required: Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Required: Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, particularly Revit.
Preferred: Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
