Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the design and execution of cutting-edge Organization Development (OD) strategies, ensuring a robust and adaptable organizational structure.
Talent Acquisition Excellence: Oversee end-to-end Recruitment processes, attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent that fuels our growth.
Performance Powerhouse: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our Performance Management Systems (PMS), setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of high performance.
Nurture Talent: Champion comprehensive Talent Management programs, including development, retention, and succession planning, to unlock our employees' full potential.
Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being.
Skills & Technologies:
You will leverage your expertise in core HR functions, OD methodologies, and modern HRIS tools to drive efficiency and innovation. A strong grasp of data analysis for HR metrics and strategic planning is essential.

Job Requirements
Experience that Excites: Possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Organization Development (OD) and Talent Management. This is an Experienced career level role.
Master of HR & OD: Demonstrated expertise in:
HR (Human Resources)
OD (Organization Development)
Recruitment strategies and execution
Designing and implementing PMS (Performance Management Systems)
Developing and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Comprehensive Talent Management initiatives
Change Management leadership
Effective Employee Relations
Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
Strategic HR Planning
Leadership Development programs
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Data Analysis capabilities for HR metrics
Designing and delivering Training & Development programs
Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred, demonstrating a solid theoretical and practical understanding of HR principles.
Location Commitment: Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramdan, Egypt, contributing directly to our local team and culture.
