·  Review the production plan allocation and monitor its execution.

·  Fulfill the manufacturing requirements for export order products and ensure their timely execution.

·  Prepare a production capacity study report for manufacturing machines and present it to the Senior Planning Manager.

·  Conduct a monthly trial to calculate the required raw materials to achieve the plan.

·  Issue purchase requests for raw material requirements to the Procurement Department, considering minimum quantity levels and supplier lead times according to the approved purchasing protocol to meet the sales plan.

·  Monitor the daily supply of raw materials.

·  Send a monthly report of raw materials that require reanalysis.

·  Work closely with external/local procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials on time.

·  Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control for inspecting incoming materials, Procurement for issuing supply orders and adhering to delivery timelines, Warehouses for receiving, adding, and coding materials, and New Product Development for issuing raw material purchase requests).

·  Collaborate with the manufacturing team to determine production priorities based on sales needs and export orders.

·  Allocate the production plan weekly.
