Job Description
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals and market trends.
- Identify emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of integrated solutions.
- Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge security solutions, including cybersecurity,

- Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or industry-specific standards.
- Mitigate risks through regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response plans.
- Act as a technical advisor for clients, providing insights into IT and security solutions.
- Address customer requirements effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a system integrator or security solutions company.
- Proficiency in system integration, network architecture, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of security solutions such as SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and physical security systems.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing IT teams.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and client engagement.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ITIL, PMP, or CISSP certification.
- Certifications in system integration technologies or security frameworks (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA Security+).
