Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Analyze business neds and design scalable and efficient Odoo solutions.
• Oversee code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage integration of Odoo with third-party systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Odoo environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo frameworks and architecture.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Odoo certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
