Job Description
- Provide first-level support to end-users on Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and Accounting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues or escalate complex issues to the Odoo development or infrastructure team.
- Assist in testing, documentation, and rollout of new Odoo features or process changes.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather feedback and suggest Odoo optimizations that align with business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and help with periodic audits and cleanups.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities for new customizations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems support in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing tools.
