Job Description
- Managing & analyzing the HR budget and utilization.
- Managing and updating organization chart & job descriptions.
- Managing the performance management system process quarterly & annually.
- Managing the training plan based on the training needs analysis.
- Recruiting staff, short-listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Managing the hiring process (job offer, contract, hiring documents).
- Managing compensation & benefits scurvies and job evaluation process.
- Develop and maintain salary range structures, establishes cost-effective allowances
- Managing the succession plan, promotions & annual salary increase process.
- Reviewing & authorizing employees’ vacations record & HR letters.
- Contacting with vendors to provide medical, health and life insurance service.
- Managing the payroll calculation & transfer.
- Reviewing & authorizing the Implementation of social insurance process; and,
- Communicating with governmental agencies to cut off the income taxes from the employees’ salaries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or relevant field.
- A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
