Job Description
- Answer incoming calls and social media messages promptly and professionally.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, questions, and feedback.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Lychee Egypt products, services, and policies.
- Resolve complaints professionally and courteously, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services in a natural and helpful manner.
- Document all interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
