Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and social media messages promptly and professionally.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, questions, and feedback.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Lychee Egypt products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and courteously, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services in a natural and helpful manner.
  • Document all interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • A positive and customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
