Job Description
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips and other shipping orders
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging and shipping.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and track deliveries.
- Handle shipping issues such as address corrections, lost or damaged packages.
- Assist in managing inventory, receiving stock, and conducting counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and storage area.
- Monitor and update returned and cancelled orders.
- Support other operational and warehouse tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or e-commerce
- operations is preferred but not required.
- Problem solver

- Organized
