o Responsible for providing safe, fast and efficient patient service

o Follow up the implementation of the needs plans of the outpatient team to ensure the ease of service

provision

o Responsible for following up the implementation of policies and procedures for outpatient clinics, which

include the clinical guidelines for clinic procedures to ensure the provision of coherent services to the patient

o Assist Outpatient Clinics Manager in preparing the annual budget of the administration in accordance

with the policies and procedures of the hospital on time. 

o Follow up on the performance indicators reports of the outpatient coordinators team to activate the required development plans 

o Responsible for ensuring the application of the Departmental Manual in cooperation with the Quality Department 

o Responsible for the Claim Cycle in accordance with the guidelines of the Medical Review Department 

o Follow-up of the Medical Approvals Section to complete the approvals for the transferred cases 

o Supervise the processing of medical claims papers for the financial department on time while ensuring that the files are completed in accordance with the standards specified by the hospital administration. 

o Registering the attendance of consultants in clinics and ensuring that alternatives to vacations and apologies are identified to ensure the continuity of service provision 

o Provide reports of consultants' performance indicators regarding clinic attendance and average patient service period in accordance with the standards specified by the Quality Department and submit reports to the clinic director on a monthly basis 

o Follow up all activities and procedures for providing service to patients and ensure their consistency with the policies and rules of quality management and medical laws and rules in the Arab Republic of Egypt 

o Responsible for continuous and effective communication with patients, their families or their caregivers to ensure the correct delivery of medical information and solve problems before they occur 

o Responsible for completing the medical files of patients o Responsible for implementing quality policies and infection control for the emergency unit 

o Cooperation with the Quality Department and the Infection Control Department in the passage of periodic review o Preparing reports of patient referral rates for operations, radiology, laboratory, and physiotherapy and submitting them to the director of clinics on a monthly basis 

o Awareness and training of outpatient staff on hospital policies and procedures, which include clinical procedures manual
