Job Description
- Confirm Orders with clients from all over the Gulf Area about many products
- Contact potential or existing customers to confirm their already required orders using our system leads
- Provide the client with all necessary information and answer all their questions about his order and other different products
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and the required number of confirmed orders
- Upsell to the client different suitable products and offers.
Job Requirements
Graduated
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good knowledge of English
Very good Typing skills
Experience with speaking to Indians will be a great asset
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
good sales skills and good handling manner
Cool-tempered and able to handle Clients
Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Previous knowledge about the Arabic accent of the Golf area will be a good asset
