Lead the design concept development process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to analyze project costs and prepare detailed BOQs.
Prepare and review RFPs, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in design management, particularly within residential buildings.
Strong technical office experience, including shop drawings and project documentation.
Familiarity with QS processes, BOQ preparation, and RFP development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
