Job Description
- Lead the design concept development process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Oversee the preparation and review of shop drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to analyze project costs and prepare detailed BOQs.
- Prepare and review RFPs, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in design management, particularly within residential buildings.
- Strong technical office experience, including shop drawings and project documentation.
- Familiarity with QS processes, BOQ preparation, and RFP development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
