Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of the project, oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.
- Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
- Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Checking of documents, including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Very good knowledge of Management
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills in general
Experience
- Experience of at least 2 years in the same filed
- Skills and Abilities
- Managing skills, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Comprehensive, structured, systematic and decision-maker
- A valid Egyptian driving license with full-time access to a reliable vehicle is a MUST
