Job Description
- Assist in the design and execution of innovation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
(KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including student communities,
universities, startups, corporates, and public-sector entities.
• Help organize and facilitate innovation workshops, training sessions, hackathons, and
ecosystem-building events.
• Conduct desk and field research to identify emerging innovation trends, startup needs,
and market opportunities.
• Contribute to the preparation of program reports, progress updates, and presentations.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of innovation initiatives, identifying areas
for improvement.
• Support the development of proposals and communication materials for partners and
funders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, Public Policy, or a
related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in innovation, program coordination, entrepreneurship,
or ecosystem development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
