Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Customer Service Operation Specialist to join our team at Obsession Boutique. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations and ensuring excellent customer service experiences for our clients.

Job Requirements

1. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of clothing products.

2. Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.

3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.

4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.

6. Monitor and analyze logistics and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance operational efficiency and customer service standards.
