Role Purpose
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of all facilities maintenance activities.
This role involves ensuring compliance with service contracts, maintaining high standards of equipment performance, and ensuring the longevity and safety of facility assets to ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the set KPIs, agreed budget, adopted policies and procedures.
