Finance Manager

Ensures the company maintains strong financial controls and compliance with local regulations and provides strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership.

Accountabilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, implementing best practices to mitigate risks.
• Participate in strategic planning and provide financial recommendations for executive process enhancements.
• Research technical accounting issues and provide recommendations for compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and monitor the organization's financial performance against budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee the work of the accounting team and provide training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and sales, to support the financial needs of the business.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team to support decision-making.
