Job Description
JOB ROLE:
The purpose of the Sales Support & Documentation team is to help the sales & operation team carry out their jobs with ease. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation related to shipments, as well as providing support to our sales representatives to help meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
Prepare and process documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, export/import documentation, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork. Most importantly ensuring our ERP system is accurately updated with all information.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and communications related to shipments.
Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing reports, and managing customer inquiries.
Update and keep track of all client and supplier records.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales support, documentation, or freight forwarding is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
