Job Description
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Design satellite components to be machined using CNC machines, and 3D printers to create prototypes.
- Design sheet metal parts and assemblies, ensuring manufacturability.
- Analyze, test, and optimize mechanical mechanisms for performance and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with CNC machining and 3D printing.
- Strong understanding of mechanical mechanisms and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with sheet metal design and production processes.
- Working on space-related products is a plus.
- Creativity and innovative mindset that is reflected in the candidate designs is required.
- Experience 2-3 years in related fields.
