Job Description
- Boost sales indirectly by providing customers with a best product explanation, as the product Genius is considered BMW ambassador.
- Promote brand image: ensure prospects and clients warm welcome and communicate your passion for the brand,
- Listen to prospects and clients, give products and services explanation according to their needs,
- Increase clients satisfaction thanks to a pressure free customer talk to increase customer satisfaction,
- Offer and Execute Test Drives with prospects and clients to make them discover new vehicles functionalities.
- Conduct products functionalities and technology demonstration for sales clients.
- Prepare the showroom and keeping it attractive for customers (e.g. welcome quality, tidying, exposed vehicles cleanliness, updated prices forms, CO2 forms, Financial form, product catalogs available in the totems, updated and clean color and trim wall,…),
- Keep demo car ready for Test Drives (e.g. fuel, cleanliness,…) – in partnership with Sales Team.
- Provide answers to clients expectations/questions.
- Listen to visitors motivations in order to identify potential leads.
- Take visitors contact details when they expressed a vehicle sale interest.
- Orient clients towards Sales Advisors when they expressed their interest regarding vehicle sale.
- Conduct uniqueand customized products and functionalities presentation thanks to Mobile Customizer and Apple TV.
- Animate special events to present products and technology to a large public (internal and external) – e.g. new product launching party, event sponsored by a company…,
- Feed database with leads and information gathered during conversation,
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related filed.
- Premium customer and service orientation, customer contact and behavior orientation.
- Availability – Active listening.
- Skills to quickly integrate products information.
- Ability to share knowledge with other – Teaching skills.
- Organization and ability to work self-sufficiently.
- Initiative and team spirit.
- High interest for new technology and IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, …).
- Passion for the BMW brand and its products.
- Ability to solve issues.
- Excellent presentation, very good verbal and writing communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic.
- Willingness to increasingly improve.
- Force of persuasion.
- Automotive market and/or BMW knowledge.
