Job Description
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware.
- Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
- Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.
- Build technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 3:5 previous related work experience.
- Familiarity with VMWare and SAN management and ISCSI Storage.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Share folders permissions
- Familiar with Manage Engine products (Service Desk, Patching Server, AD Manager, AD Audit, Data Security)
- Google workspace Administration
- Mail Security gateway
- Solid Hardware awareness
- Solid Knowledge of Backup and Restore Products
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication
