Job Description

As an IT Systems Administrator at TetherView, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on backup management, system patching, network operations center (NOC) monitoring, and antivirus (AV) tool management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and security of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backup Management and Administration: Manage and administer data backup processes using Veeam and other backup utilities.Ensure the reliability and efficiency of backup solutions.
  • Patching: Conduct regular system patching using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools. Keep all systems up to date with the latest security patches and software updates.
  • NOC Monitoring: Monitor various IT dashboards to oversee network and system performance. Respond promptly to any issues or irregularities detected in the network operations center.
  • AV Tool Management, Installation, and Monitoring: Manage daily operations of security tools, including installation and regular updates. Monitor systems for alerts and suspicious activities, ensuring the effectiveness of security measures. Conduct weekly tests and assessments of AV tools to ensure optimal performance and security.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration, with expertise in backup management, patching, NOC monitoring, and AV management.
  • Proficiency in using Veeam, SCCM, RMM, and various AV tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
