Job Description
- Order Processing and Management:-
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate order records and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the sales team and customer promptly.
2. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze sales data to generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify any potential trends or areas requiring attention.
- Prepare regular sales reports for the sales team and management.
3. Other Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain sales pipeline reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales operations role or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Proficient in English. (Required)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Experience with ERP systems.
