If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.***Key aspects of the role include:Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Financial Crimes Compliance systems.Provide compliance systems expert input to the company’s digital transformation initiatives.Act as main point with IT/system vendors, lead and drive Sanctions Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Provide guidance and support on sanctions compliance matters to relevant stakeholders within the organization.Analyse, suggest, drive, and implement the architecture, business requirements, testing, and validation of Sanctions Screening systems.Stay informed about regulatory initiatives and requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.To be successful you will need to meet the following:At least 5 years of Compliance experience of which 3 years in Sanctions within the Financial Services Industry.Experience with compliance systems particularly Financial Crimes Compliance.Experience with IT/systems vendor management and business stakeholder management.Hands-on experience with FircoSoft screening systems.Strong understanding of screening technologies, software, algorithms, business rules, exceptions, and tuning capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
