Would you like to develop your skills as part of a human and dynamic team, and contribute to exciting missions that help prevent and control risks?Apave is looking for a AOG Desk Advisor M/F for Apave Interservices Inspection, a subsidiary of the Apave Group specializing in major industrial projects in France and abroad.What will your day-to-day work involve?After your induction, you'll be asked to carry out a number of tasks:Position : Multiples PositionsPosition 1 :MCC Standards Advisor: The primary objective is to assist in establishing and organizing the MCC standard and compliance team. This will involve supporting the development of the department operating processes and evaluating internal manpower requirements. Responsibilities also include guiding the drafting, harmonizing, and implementation of MCC policies and procedures, establishing internal and external KPIs for MCC, and providing support for both internal and external audits conducted by/to theMCC standard and compliance team.Duration : 6 months with a possible extensionStarting date : June 2024Position 2 :CAMO engineer base maintenance control and monitoring advisor: the main objective will be the analysis of the current work package assessment process, including record evaluation and computation methods for previous maintenance provider experience and man-hour estimates based on historical data.Additionally, focus to be placed on the alignment of task packaging with operational and airline strategies while providing support for base maintenance planning oversight. This general analysis aims to benchmark against industry standards for lead times, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices across similar MRO production environments.Duration : 12 monthsStarting date : September 2024Position 3 :CAMO Engineering: expert advisory guidance of the engineering department supporting the development and implementation of maintenance programs, monitoring compliance with airworthiness regulations, and conducting thorough analyses of aircraft systems and components in terms of performance and reliability.They are also expected to advise on the documentation management related to maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins. Additionally, their contribution might be required into the evaluation of modifications and repairs, ensuring that they meet regulatory standards.
