This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting thorough market research, and optimizing product listings to drive maximum visibility and sales performance. Coordinating promotions. Analyzing performance metrics & monitoring inventory levels The specialist will work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance the organization's presence and revenue on various online marketplaces.Market Research Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use insights to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry developments.Product Listing Optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content to maximize visibility and conversion rates.Promotion Coordination Plan and coordinate promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth, collaborating closely with marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall brand strategies.Performance Analysis Regularly analyze and evaluate sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance marketplace presence.Inventory Monitoring Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.Influencer and Content Creator Activations Handle all aspects of influencer and content creator activations, leveraging partnerships to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all marketplace channels.
