We are dedicated to improving the efficiency of the hiring process for companies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Enterprise Sales professional. The Enterprise Sales role at Velents involves the following day-to-day tasks: lead generation, sales operations, account management, and sales management. This is an on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Manage Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within large organizations. Understand client needs and offer solutions that match their business goals.Strategic Sales Planning: Identify potential enterprise-level clients and develop tailored sales strategies. Analyze market trends and competitors to position the company's offerings effectively.Solution Selling: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Provide product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts with potential clients, working closely with legal and finance teams. Drive the sales process from plan to close.Account Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to identify new sales leads and strategies. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product offerings.RequirementsProven Enterprise Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and ability to discuss issues with clients with depth and insight.Strong Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiation and deal closure with a track record of achieving sales quotas.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business or sales management are a plus.Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis, and sales performance metrics. Knowledge of the product or service being sold, including its technical aspects, is crucial.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
