This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About The RoleThe Lobby Ambassador acts as a brand ambassador, greeting guests and providing a warm welcome. You will ensure an exceptional service for all guests who visit the hotel’s lobby, proactively anticipating their needs and providing assistance as required.About YouIdeally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel.  You are expected to have an excellent service attitude, sense of urgency, be organized, diligent, dynamic, always presentable and work well under pressure. You should possess customer service-oriented skills and developed emotional intelligence. Knowledge of additional language such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German or Mandarin would be advantageous.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
