Guide the guest through the Lobby Lounge menu. Suggest options based on the customers palate and taste. Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner. Work with Lobby Lounge colleagues to keep excellent service standards. Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas. Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
