This is a permanent role with our client based in the UAE.The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing aircraft development programs/projects, ensuring: Adherence to project specifications, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and schedules. Implementation and adherence to security requirements. Compliance with contractual terms for both clients and suppliers. Support for Commercial and Legal Teams. Management of the Engineering Development Team and external contractors. Oversight of program milestones. Facilitation of team development and knowledge management.Profile / Requirements Master of Science or MBA 15 to 20 years of experience total At least 7 years in Program/Project Management in Aerospace At least 3 years managing Unmanned project development PMP, PMBOK or PRINCE2 certification IEEE or INCOSE certification is a plus
