Job Description

Job PurposeIdentifying business opportunities for the sales channel based on analyses and knowledge of consumer and buying occasions, and the behavior of customers and competition in the channel. Planning and developing strategies, tactics, and goals for the trade channel’s immediate consumption to capitalize on established business opportunities and achieve the set goals.What you will doDefine and implement Go-to-Market strategy for our E-retailers, Food Service Aggregated and E-wholesalers partners, as well as our Home Delivery arm effectively and in a timely mannerIdentify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction while promoting a conversion rate in coordination with sales channel marketing managers.Planning and executing Marketing calendar in the E-Commerce Channel, in line with Trade support plans.Create awareness & increase the number of households for our Home Delivery arm through different seeding programs, on-ground-activations, corporate deals as well as loyalty programs to retain our current household & increase basket size.Proactively finding new and innovative ways of activationFull operational support for the marketing activation of special events.Channel budget control (DME) for all the planned activities; Continuous focus on effective cost management with the aim of return on investment.Create & implement picture of success for our E-retail platforms.Regular reviewing of the digital shelf to overview prices, packaging, campaigns and promotional activities executed by CCHBC and competition.Analyze & review regularly results of campaigns & promotions.Track ecommerce trends and opportunities across categories to implement action plans to ensure business growth.Communicating with relevant suppliers, planning, and procurement of equipment for sales channels in coordination with sales channel marketing managers. Creating requests for purchase orders, tracking the status of order approvals, monitoring budgets monthly, quarterly, annually.What you will bring to the roleUniversity Degree in business related studies5-7 years of experience in consumer goods marketing.Experience in commercial marketing, key customer area, or operational sales)Previous experience in Trade marketingPrevious experience in developing strategic plans for customers, channel, key customers or other business participants.Proactivity and ability to achieve results within set time frames.Results orientation, previous experience in working on important projects.Establishing quality relationshipsCreativity and innovative thinkingProfessional conduct in accordance with business ethicsPresentation and negotiation skillsStrong commercial approachAnalytical skills.Fluent in English is a MUST
