Proposal Engineer

Key Responsibilities :Create, Transformation of inquiries to quotes after carefully understanding the scope of supply & qualityrequirements, including clarification of technical, commercial and export conditions.Providing compliance statement to project specifications.Order and quote related negotiations (price, delivery time, modified products (TSP), certificates andtesting) with E+H production centers and 3rd party suppliers. Clarification of unclear orders against proposals (Purchase conditions, terms & conditions according torelevant E+H entity regulations)EQI request via SAP, tracking the validity of the EQI responseMaintaining the opportunity for realizing expected profitability and enable a successful handover toexecution team.Management of the proposal process including status reporting and follow-up as required.Maintenance of and compliance with existing company standards, work processes, document templatesand tooling.Include the relevant aspects of the value proposition of the "E+H Integrated Offering" and "Life CycleManagement" in the offer, including for example Project Engineering Assistant, Spec Sheet Producer,CAD model creation, integration into W@M and CER. Participate in the development of proposed standard processes, tooling and structures for enhancementof Instrumentation Project proposals.All activities to comply with company standards, procedures and work instructions. Negotiating supplier contracts. Supervision and coordination of third-party suppliers.Identification and development of partners and suppliers, including evaluations and commercialnegotiations.Participation in Bid Strategy meetings, Bid Clarification meetings, Project Start Up meetings, ProjectProgress and handover/evaluation meetings, all as required.Engineering support for execution phase as required.Vendor document review and approval as required.Cooperation and coordination with other E+H organizations, project teams and business partners. Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the same filed Work experience At least 3 years in the same fieldExperienced working in an International companyEnglish Languages + Prefeered Arabia also Additional comments: Competent and experienced in project engineering for the respective product field.Competent and experienced in the tooling environment and the value propositions of the "E+H IntegratedOffering" and Life Cycle Management, including for example Project Engineering Assistant, Spec SheetProducer, CAD model creation, W@M and CER.Familiarity with requirements and specifications of end users, EPC contractors, government andindependent organizations and suppliers.Awareness of the commercial and logistic impacts of design and engineering decisions.Experience within international project business, contract management, project management. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook, SAP, SFDC
