- Proven experience editing video content for Meta/Instagram or similar social platforms
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a strong plus
- Ability to add captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and social-first editing techniques
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple projects independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
- Experience with health, wellness, or apparel brands is a bonus
