Every day, growers around the world turn to our products and our people to help with the challenges of fighting disease, weeds and pests, and to increase crop yields.We are offering a great career opportunity for a junior, growth minded, operational HR professional with a wide range of generalist experiences on our Egyptian site of 50 people including blue collar workers.The key duty of the new colleague will be to control, support and manage all People & Performance related topics as well as all legal aspects associated with a labor force.Full-time, on-site What is possible? Payroll front end activities Interface to Finance/Account payable and other functions for payroll back-end activities Providing any HR reports, and support with updating HRIS (SuccessFactors) Creating employment contract/offer letters/employment attestation Providing administrative support to manage the life cycle of the employees. Managing the onboarding and offboarding formalities for the dedicated countries either personally or through resources on-site, and keep the personnel files updated. Coordinate local trainings and recruitment activities. Maintain knowledge of Labor Law and any changes to these documents. Represent company in all legal issues related to the Labor and Social Insurance office and Issuance of work permits where necessary. Setup and follow medical and life insurances for all personnel. Prepare the bi-annual accidental report stamped by labour office. Responsible for investigation with employee issues Covering administrative and office assistant tasks like insurance, employee transportation, Company cars management, keeping connection with authorities (labour office, HSE office, city council etc.), booking flights, hotel reservations, ordering stationary etc. What do you bring? Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role Flexible mindset with high level of ability to deal with ambiguity and change. Service mindset with a desire to deliver within determined service level agreements. Ability to challenge the status quo and work with lot of autonomy. Numbers of technology-savvy with good level of MS office (Word, Office, Power Point, Net) user skills and the desire to increase digital skills for other systems and applications. Proficient English language skills (write, speak, read, and hear) and ready to operate mainly in English with our multinational teams. Education expected: University graduated.
