The Impact You Can Create at ChanelAs a Fragrance & Beauty Learning Partner specializing in Makeup at CHANEL, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the artistry and client experience across the Middle East. Through impactful training and coaching, you will empower Beauty Advisors and sales teams to deliver the unique, exceptional Chanel experience to every client, driving both business growth and makeup excellence. By acting as a business partner and bridging the gap between training and business strategy, your expertise will ensure that learning initiatives foster individual development and organizational success, reinforcing Chanel’s leadership in innovation and client experience.MissionsOversee the execution of the local Learning strategy across all Chanel distribution channels in the ME, adapting to each market’s specific needs and challenges.Collaborate with F&B departments to design and implement tailored short- and long-term development plans for each market and boutique.Utilize existing training resources to develop wholesale and retail teams, enhancing their effectiveness and performance.Work closely with Commercial and Retail teams to recommend targeted learning actions that address business challenges.Contribute to the evolution of a blended learning strategy, shifting the focus from product knowledge to client-centricity, and crafting training plans that prioritize products, services, and client needs.Design and implement specialized upskilling programs that support Beauty Advisors in advancing their artistry, equipping them with the technical skills and creative expertise required to transition into professional Makeup Artists within the Chanel universe.Develop onboarding and induction programs for new hires and boutique openings.Ensure the consistent application of the Chanel Client Experience through observation, coaching, and regular feedback.Analyze Client Experience Evaluation reports and propose learning actions tailored to each market or boutique, following up with supervisors and boutique managers on implementation.You are energized bySupporting and developing people, helping them realize their full potential.Creating and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive both personal and business growth.Collaborating with diverse teams to solve challenges and innovate.Observing and enhancing the client journey, ensuring a luxurious and memorable Chanel experience.The dynamic beauty industry and the opportunity to influence Chanel’s presence in key markets.What You Will BringAt least 4 years’ experience as a Trainer in the beauty industry, with proven expertise in field coaching and in-store people development.Strong facilitation skills in sales techniques and clienteling, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.Proven expertise in makeup artistry, with a demonstrated ability to train, coach, and inspire teams on makeup techniques, trends, and application for diverse skin tones and client needs. Ability to develop and deliver advanced makeup workshops, masterclasses, and on-the-job coaching. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities, with fluency in English and Arabic.Strong relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and an organizational mindset focused on solutions.An open-minded approach and a keen eye for detail, paired with recognized proactivity, creativity, and problem-solving skills.A genuine passion for learning and development, and a commitment to upholding the values and client experience that make Chanel unique.
