Job Description
Key Responsibilities
You will act as a key interface with clients, ensuring strong alignment between business needs, market trends, and technical outcomes.
Functional
Translate business and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Engage directly with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into product specifications.
Support the design and delivery of solutions aligned with local market regulations, policies, and best practices.
Assist in managing the product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect both client needs and internal strategy.
Oversee delivery milestones, tracking progress and resolving issues in coordination with project teams.
Work closely with QA and technical teams to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards.
Support presales and proposal activities, presenting product capabilities and roadmaps to clients.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure product competitiveness and local market fit.
Maintain strong relationships with government, regulatory, and financial stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or government-related projects.
Strong awareness of the UAE financial ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and client expectations.
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to coordinate across vendors, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of infrastructure and software components, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
