Job Purpose

The Senior Engineer, Safety is responsible for leading safety initiatives, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations across the organization.

This role involves mentoring junior engineers, conducting complex risk assessments, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace safety culture.

Key Accountabilities

Safety Leadership: Lead safety programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.


Risk Assessment: Conduct advanced risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.


Policy Development: Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and training materials based on best practices and regulatory changes.

Minimum Experience
