Job Description

- Receive drawings, BOQ and Specs from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the upcoming project.
- Coordinate with the Structural and architectural disciplines and check if there is any RFI (Request for Information) needed to be sent to the consultant.
- Set the action plan and distribute tasks among the team members to ensure delivering the models on time.
- Finalize the model of the project in order to be delivered to the structural department.
- Model the whole project and link the project files with each other to ensure compliance with the design.
- Demonstrate the details needed in the drawings to be implemented on site.
- Prepare the final model of the project after applying all amendments to be sent to the client or used as a reference in the future.
- Oversee the tasks performed by the Engineers and provide them with the needed support to improve their performance.

Skills

Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering 2 - 4 years of experience. Revit and Autocad experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
