Your Mission

A highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and manage facilities operations in Egypt Extended to MEA zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of facilities across multiple locations within the region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, a deep understanding of local regulations and cultural nuances, and the ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams.

  • Strategic Facilities Management:
    • Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including Energy , maintenance, and other related services.
    • Implement best practices to optimize facility performance and efficiency.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Negotiate contracts, review service level agreements, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the facilities budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Energy & Environment :

  • Supporting Global SE plans for Energy Performance & support at Conducting Energy Audits in MEA
  • Work with SERE team on Developing MEA decarbonization roadmap & Leading EcoStruxure Project deployment in MEA
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a diverse team & External FM parties across different locations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of employee performance.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure facilities comply with health and safety regulations and implement preventive measures.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee facility-related projects, renovations, and expansions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders & senior Management , providing updates on facilities performance, challenges, and resolutions.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on facilities management activities.
