Job Title
HR Officer
Job Scope
The HR Officer is accountable for performing a wide range of human resources activities including but not limited to onboarding, exit interviews, payroll and employee database while ensuring a smooth operation at all times.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Coordinate the logistics for new hire orientations and follow through the onboarding process until the completion of the probation period
Provide direction on HR policies and SOP’s to ensure rightful implementation
Liaise with the PRO on new visa issuance and visa renewals and update records
Liaise with the concerned department to book the flight ticket and hotel accommodation for new joiners
Partner with other departments such as Finance, Legal, IT and ensure shared organizational goals and objectives are achieved
Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Compile and maintain employees’ physical and electronic files
Process payroll and assist with related documentation
Monitor employees’ attendance and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and laws related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Work closely with local HR/ Legal experts ensuring administrative and legal requirements are fulfilled and internal compliance is met
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or any related field
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience
