Improving quality to eliminate customer complaints. Improving efficiency - eliminate all waste Reducing inventory Ensuring compliance - Health safety and environmental incidents Preventive maintenance Increasing flexibility innovation - continues improvement Reducing costs increasing profitabilityPrimary Responsibilities To plan the monthly production activities and monitor them. To supervise the manufacturing activities in the plant. Overall control of the ongoing production operations including Inventory Control, Scheduling, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance, Calibration, Shipping, and Quality Control/Inspection Review of Quality Control Reports. To solve customer complaints regarding quality of products Managing various manufacturing operations as per the set parameters standards as well as experience of developing procedures for operational excellence To plan all the resources needed for timely production Maintaining the quality with target production Maintaining Daily production schedule To participate in the budgeting activities related to the plant Material planning according to Purchase Orders and reviewing daily fabric stocks Review Analysis stores to ensure smooth operation with efficiency Manpower planning as per production requirements and recruitment in liaison with HR Department Cost, production, sales planning and data analysis Analysis of Customer samples received for orders Developing quality systems by streamlining procedures, practices and approach Quality insurance responsible person at the plant Conducting regular internal audits, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards Daily Monthly production planning and its control by systems Responsible for production planning, quality control, negotiations, liaising with various agencies with demonstrated initiatives Managing product development, production operation, dispatch liaison to ensure timely achievement of organizational targets. Ensure research for new raw material like off grades and additives are carried out periodically by Quality Department to reduce the cost of raw materials without compromising the quality of Fabric. Responsible for intending spare parts for all the machineries in the factoryRequired Qualifications/Education Minimum qualification should be a Degree/Diploma/Equivalent Minimum 10 years experience in large scale PP Woven sack manufacturing factories as a Production Manager Should have relevant experience in Production Planning, Quality Management, Preventive Maintenance Planning and Cost efficiency and Re-Engineering Should have complete technical knowledge of tape lines, looms and finishing dept.
