Demonstrated skills in graphic design and 2D animation with a strong creative portfolio.
Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools.
Ability to work within a consistent visual style while adding originality to each mascot.
Understanding of character design principles, especially for sports or mascot-style graphics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with remote communication.
Interest in football culture or sports design is a plus.
