And to include “Based on his evaluation” any other Leaders.5- Manage, delegate, and supervise all operation, maintenance and IT activities and ensure execution as per the standard.6- Being responsible to assure the team commitment for the Service contract SLA + KPI , without deviation. (reporting , availability ….etc)7- Responsible for the contractors / stakeholders “permit to work “and sign offs.8- Responsible for the team and subcontract HSE compliancy during the shift.9- Ensure smooth handover between the teams internally and within the duty managers as well10- Prepare and review the incident report for the incidents during the shift in coordination with the concerned department. And to be shared with the operation manager for final review.11- Report and coordinate with the “department - head” for any concerns or deviations (Manpower, attendance, resources …ect)
